Bitwise BSOL Solana ETF Pulls $26M in SOL from Coinbase – Total Holdings Hit $587M

Bitwise is absolutely loading the wagon on Solana, and the latest on-chain move just proves they're not slowing down anytime soon.

Lookonchain spotted it first: the Bitwise BSOL Solana ETF address received another 192,865 SOL – worth $26.39 million at the time – transferred directly from a Coinbase hot wallet roughly 45 minutes before the tweet.

That's not pocket change. That's serious institutional firepower.

This single transfer brings the ETF's total holdings to 4,317,187 SOL, currently valued at approximately $587 million (prices fluctuate, but the stack is massive either way).

The official holdings page confirms the monster bag:

Consistent Accumulation, Not a One-Off

Looking at the transfer history, Bitwise has been steadily pulling SOL from Coinbase, Fireblocks Custody, Wintermute, FalconX, and even moving tokens out of their own staking accounts into the main ETF wallet.

This isn't retail buying the dip – this is the exact mechanics of a spot Solana ETF in action. Creation baskets being filled, shares being issued, real SOL leaving exchanges and landing in cold storage for the fund.

What It Means for Solana (and Especially the Meme Ecosystem)

Every SOL that flows into these ETFs is SOL that is no longer on exchanges available for sale. It's effectively removed from circulating supply in the short term and signals long-term conviction from traditional finance.

For the broader Solana ecosystem, this is pure rocket fuel.

Higher SOL price → higher USD value of liquidity pools → bigger pumps (and dumps) become possible on Raydium, Jupiter, and pump.fun launches.

We've already seen what happens when institutions rotate into an ecosystem: BONK, WIF, POPCAT, MEW, GIGA – all the classics ran 10-100x during previous Solana seasons.

When the base layer is getting this kind of backing, the meme layer goes parabolic.

The train is moving. Question is – are you on it, or still waiting for "confirmation"?
