• Those with roles but no form submission: You'll still get something, but at the lowest tier.
• No roles but submitted a form: Evaluated purely on your submission.
• Both roles and a form: Your overall contributions get a holistic review, often leading to higher tiers.

After reviewing thousands of forms and filtering down to over 1,200 eligible contributors, about 1.4% will be distributed at launch.
