まず自由が爆発した。誰でもトークンを発行でき、24時間取引でき、許可を求めずに価値を国境を越えて送れた。市場は花開き、詐欺も大きく増え、ついに規制当局が目を向けた。

ステーブルコインが「責任ある」選択になった。KYCを行う取引所が標準になった。コミュニティのかなりの部分は肩をすくめて「少なくともこれで守られる」と言った。

なぜ2025年にこれがより響くのか
